No, it was a European war we chose to become involved in.
The Vietnam War No, it would have been Korea
Hard to say but maybe no difference. US was working on the bomb only because they were & if US didn't use it, probably would have been supplied to an ally.
Yes. The United States has always been an independent nation, so it would have naturally been independent when it entered the First World War.
There is no possible way to tell.
I am confused by your question. Which war did you want to know about? The Americans were allies with Britain. They were cooperative with the UK. If there were US Ships that went after Germany it had to be in World War 1, not World War 2. It would have been a foolish move on the US Navy's part because the Germans would cause more trouble in the Atlantic.
World War 1 World War 2 Korean War
what was one of the reason why the us has been so reluctant to intervene in world war 2
The US most likely would have entered WW II, but it would have been at a later date than 1941.
Congress did not want to get involved because no aggressive act had been made toward the US. They were afraid that by joining the war it would bring an attack to US soil.
Of course. If it hadn't been for us fighting in WW2, it probably would not have been won by the allies. However, our involvement was unavoidable no matter how long it took.
Maryland was a critical factor in the US Civil War. If it had joined the Confederacy, Washington DC would have been isolated as it would be surrounded by Confederate states. The capitol of the US would have been relocated. This could have been Philadelphia or even New York City. If Maryland had joined the Rebel states, it would have influenced the US Civil War, but it would not necessarily determined the outcome of the war.
Yes, both the US and Great Britain would still be prepared to fight the World War 2 without the passage of the Lend-lease Act.
