Yes. The screen (and the entire case) is exactly the same size. All screen protectors and hard and soft cases will work.
It would probably be best if you did buy a screen protector for your iPad to prevent scratches. Apple does not make an official one, generic brands work fine.
Screen protectors are an important necessity for anyone who owns an ipad. If you go to www.zagg.com, they have a wide variety of protectors for a wide range of products. I recommend getting and using a screen protector for an ipad.
An iPad screen protector can really be a good thing for you to have, but it may be more dangerous than helpful if it is broken. A cracked protector can bend down and scratch the screen when pressure is applied to it. This could happen if it is in your bag, for instance, with your books. As soon as it breaks, you need to replace it to prevent any further damage to your iPad.
About resolution, 3rd generation. About stuff, A tie would happen since they both have 2 cameras, a touch screen, same size.DO NOT judge it for its generation!
You can buy a snap on case protector or a screen protector to help keep your iPad from getting damaged. The Apple iPad smart cover is a good idea and it has a variety of colors and is affordable.
Perhaps you have some contamination on the screen between the glass and a screen protector. It is also possible that the touchscreen may have been damaged. Take off any protector (if there is any), clean the screen and see if it get better.
I currently own the 3rd Generation and have had it since April 2012. It has quite a few scratches on it. Though they are not easily visible, I would still recommend one. Preferably one that works well with the Retina Display. Cheap ones make the screen look grainy. Read reviews for products. MORE INFO. I have a new IPad and put an Otter Box on it. It protects it and I can make sure it stays in good shape. I am glad I did because I did get a small ding on the Otter Box screen protector and the screen under it is fine.
Imaginext Apptivity Fort provides a heavy-duty screen protector for the iPad. Not only is it scratch-proof and smudge-proof, it is also drool-proof. Furthermore, the Case has another screen-protector which does not get in the way of playing.
I'm afraid not since the screen size is little bit different. But if you don't really care about precision, sure it will work but not perfectly
You cannot remove scratches from the screen. It is glass. If it were a plastic screen, a plastic polish would remove them. I would suggest a screen protector to prevent any more scratches from happening. And possibly a good protective case.
Are you still anxious about applying a screen protector to your loved iPad after you bought a branded screen protector online? Here we'd like to introduce a very simple process, just follow us step by step! Firstly, clean your hands and your iPad screen entirely. Any dust left on screen will cause bubbles. You can use a good quality cleaner to clean your iPad screen if necessary, with a microfiber cloth. Do apply cleaner on the cloth, not the screen. A handhold air ball will help a lot. Secondly, get the screen protector ready peel off 1/5 of the bottom layer, begin at the home button edge, and slowly apply the second silica-coating layer to the iPad screen along the longer side of the screen, it helps get a straight fit and also reduce the times of peeling off. Here it's normal for bubbles as long as there's no dust. After the slight and full application on the screen, a credit card wrapped with cleaning microfiber cloth could be used in squeezing bubbles, gently squeezing. Finally, peel off the top sticker layer, and now the screen protector is properly installed on your iPad screen.
Any accessory is worth the money if it does something you really want it to do. The case and screen protector are must haves as they will help your Ipad last longer and not get broken.
