NO. They would seek out prey animals. If they can't get fish or mice or other usual food -- for instance, if they become too weak with hunger to go hunt -- they would generally starve. If they can find a large already-dead animal, a deer, for instance, they would eat some of that.
Bald eagles aren't equipped to digest vegetable matter, so eating a plant wouldn't help them much. Eagles that become too weak to hunt, generally starve to death; if they could get nutrition from prey that couldn't run away, like a tomato, you'd think that they would, but I can find no reports of this. They probably could live off of tofu or string cheese or caramel for a while, but these are generally not available in the wild (and probably wouldn't be recognized as food anyway).
i bet an eagle could survive because they bald on the head nothing to catch fire haha. but it would be sad if it did get struck but yeah it could possibly survive if its real safe and stuff. Eagle are like vicious birds they will poke ur eyes out with them mean claws that they use to kill animals. GO BALD EAGLE! I WISH I COULD BE BALD ME WILL SURVIVE. living life as a bald bird! good day! oh ya baby jesus!

The Bald Eagle.

a GREY WOLF would kill a bald eagle easily. The wolf would bite the eagle's neck and shake it. The eagle probably would hurt the wolf with his talons but the wolf would over power it
