I would go with any 125cc 2 strokes. they will scare you a little at first but you have to learn t0 respect the bike first
ya it has a lot of speed and a good bike to learn the clutch on. The only porblem is hard to start the first time
When the Interceptor first came out, they were GT's bottom of the line BMX bike. It's a better bike now, but still a low end bike.
Just save your money and look for a decent used bike for a first bike. There are lots of good used dirt bikes if you know what to look at when buying a bike.
