Cell membranes in animal cells can break if the cell gets to large because of excessive intracellular water. This process is called cytolysis. This generally does not happen in plants because plant cell walls are very strong. The cell wall can withstand the pressure of the water-engorged cell.
large particles or cells are engulfed by the cell plasma membrane
There cannot be large cells inside a cell.
it separates from the membrane.
A large cell will never move across an intact cell membrane.
The membrane that covers the liquid-storing chamber of plant cells is the vacuole.
It is the large central vacule

A cell is the smallest unit in Excel, you cannot break it into multiple cells. However, if you have merged multiple cells into one large cell, you can break that merged cell into multiple cells by unmerging the single large merged cell.
