I should have caught that in my earlier answer... The sacrum consists of five (5) fused segments of bone that do NOT have discs in-between... The "sacral disc" you mention is actually a lumbo-sacral disc... On that technicality, the answer would be "No"... As to the possibility of the trauma actually causing the lumbar discs to bulge, I would have to say "no" in a healty female... male as well...
