I've got a boyfriend and he was also my first kiss so I was worried about my hideous pushed back tooth being a nuisance during kissing or maybe it would turn him off...but apparently it didn't! We kiss just fine and I don't worry about it at all. So to answer the question, it didn't prevent me from kissing someone and it still doesn't.

if someone is french kissing it would be open-mouthed which would be easy to spot... i wouldn't know why someone would be asking a question like this... stare at people making out umm ok then but have fun...

they are probably nervous or are scard
It doesn't mean anything, they may have been just playing around - it is not a normal kissing practice.

the answer is yes.you may get HIV by kissing someone infected, but you would have to pass spit.aka tongue kissing.
If your asking which way you would say it, i would think you would say it as 'I desire kissing you.' Though word of advise, dont ever say that to someone....it just comes out sounding a bit odd.
it would be the honest thing to do
"Kissing up" is slang for someone currying favor. It's a more polite way of saying "kissing a*s." The image is of them kissing your buttocks to try to make you happy. Another term that means the same thing would be "buttering up." The right expression would be "currying favor" or "fawning."
If you haven't seen someone in a while do you know if they are dating or not? You don't just go and kiss someone. TBH kissing someone you haven't seen in a while would be totally weird
