Would a skunk eat a dead skunk.. I was driving to work in 10am and saw a skunk eating a dead skunk. Is that normal?

Primarily omnivorous, skunks will aslo scavenge human garbage and carcasses left by other animals. So yes, it is quite normal.
Skunks are also known to scratch at the front of a beehive, then eat the guard bees that come out!
