It's not illegal to get pregnant but if the female is below age of consent and the male is 18 and up he have committed statutory rape and he gets punished.
I believe that Department of Child and Family services will be notified due to the age, however as long as the girl can show a stable lifestyle and a safe home for the child then all is well. There has never been a law of how old you have to be to have a child.
