it would be higher in the winter i know because the photo in photochemical smog means light and is formed by the action of sunlight and the sunlight is higher in the summer than winter luv boo boo science luver
Because your mama so fat she make the ground shake! JK! The air pressure in the winter is less so that is why.
Shadows lengths are less in summer than winter.
More in the winter and less in the summer.
It really depends. If you give a horse grain in the winter then yes you should in the summer but just less then you do in winter.
There would be fewer days over 90 degrees in the summer, and more days below zero in the winter.
To keep warm and be less active, in winter there is less food so they store/eat in summer to keep them going during the winter
Winter snow at higher latitudes is caused by colder temperatures that freeze precipitation, while summer rain is caused by warmer temperatures that allow precipitation to fall as liquid water. In winter, the air is colder and can hold less moisture, leading to snow. In summer, the air is warmer and can hold more moisture, resulting in rain.
During summer season there is an increase in temperature, which causes expansion of almost every substance. In case of gases they do expand as well, due to temp.So pressure in tyres is kept low so that if in case the gases expand, tyres don`t burst.
You need to rephrase your question. It's not dark at midday in the winter, unless you happen to be in polar regions! You mean why is the daylength less in winter than summer. It's because the Earth is cocked over slightly compared with its route around the Sun. So in winter, it leans away from the Sun so gets less light than in summer.
i work outside i usually wear a ball cap in summer the sun is straight up so the cap blocks my face however its winter now the sun is like 30 deg lower or so. I do not know exact but my face is sun burned and its December however it does not hold true because my arms would be less tan in the winter than summer so i would conclude that it all depends on the angle of the sun to part of your body that is to be exposed.
The reason why winter is colder than summer is that sunlight is arriving at a more oblique angle, and therefore delivers less energy per unit of area; this creates less heating and also produces less photoelectric power in a solar panel.
