No. Blow by means that compression is leaking past the rings into the crankcase. Other than burning oil and fouling the motor with exhaust and carbon, reduced power is the biggest result of blow by.
A thrown rod means that the connecting rod has broken off and is swinging freely around inside the motor.
A thrown rod is usually caused when the rod bearing seizes. Because the rod cannot rotate around the crank, the rod breaks off. This is a lubrication issue caused by low or no oil pressure.
A thrown rod can also be caused if water or other uncompressable fluids are swallowed into the motor. This will bend the connecting rod leading to breakage.
If they mix with the wrong things, it can blow out.
Engine "blow-by" excessive engine wear - bad piston ring
The engine overheating, or a faulty gasket, or problems with hot spots in the engine.
The Gaseous buildup inside of the internal combustion chamber would cause engine failure, the engine to blow, and explode litterally
Adding 5 quarts of oil to an engine and overfilling it can cause the seals to blow out. This can cause engine failure.
Honestly yes. it can cause major problems and all together it could cause your engine to blow. so id change them they arent that hard.
no the higher milage or higher rpms can cause the head bolts to stretch which would cause it to blow
Short to ground or overloaded circuit
It can cause the head gaskets to blow. This must be repaired before driving again. If really overheated, you can blow your engine. This would need replacing.
Engine Overheating is the major cause.
Have the alterntor and voltage regulator checked.
Yes it can cause bulbs to blow.
