No. If you carefully study or observe a subject it won't help you sleep better. You need to think and dream, not study or observe.

Well if you dont sleep you will be cranky and have rings around your eyes so if you do sleep you would look better

Well, during summer at 11:00 or mayber 10:30 Scool nights: 9:00 Kids need 9 hours of sleep :) But careful, you may not know this & you think your kid is lying when they say they work better without sleep. Its true! Some kids work better with some without :D

I would not recomend it, but it depends on the mg of the trazy and the other sleep aid. I have a friend who takes trazadone and that knocks him out. so maybe if you take that and a sleep aid it might be to much for your body to handle.. Be careful. these drugs arnt to be messed with.
I don't really get what you mean with "teen sleep" and "adult sleep". I guess a better way to explain your question would be "How is sleeping different when you are a teenager and when you're an adult? Right? At least that's what I get. It's only sleep, anyways. Why would you need to know? It's not so different. And you can goggle it if you don't find a good answer here.
