if it doesent already have them it should, unless you wer to put very small pipes on it also

from the motor, you have exhaust headers, then going down u have cat converter, which is look slike awidend portion of the pipe, then the resonator, ( long cylinder on the pipe) and then the mufflers.
That would be a destroked motor, and would result in a 285.

it could make it run rough bucause of the o2 sensor but its not going to hurt the motor other than running rough and use more gas

if you dont have any oil in the cars motor that would be a reasin why its knocking
The smaller combustion chambers would increase the compression ratio a little, and the smaller valves would lower the torque curve a little, but also reduce the peak horsepower available.
