Some phone companies allow you to do an upgrade half way through your contract. There is only a selected amount of time to do so though. Call your provider and ask, the worst they'll do is say no. :)
You can upgrade your phone at any time, but, if it's sooner than your contract allows, you'll have to pay full price for the phone or extend your contract another two years.
It's not a necessary "upgrade" without the contract. You would end up paying full price for the phone or starting a contract and getting the low price for the phone
You would have to get an upgrade after your 2 year contract on one of your phones is up.
I would like to know if its possible to turn my verizon contract phone and switch it to a pre-pay??
I have had this isuue. The only way to do it would be to sign a new 2 year contract (cingular, and tmobile) Im not too sure on the other carriers.
the ventricles would not contract
You need to discuss this with your mobile provider as only they can deal with upgrade prices when you are under contract with them.
It depends which phone you are wanting. Also if you are over 12 months into the contract and are on a price plan of over $50, you are eligible for an annual upgrade. This would be the promotional 2 year price plus a $20 annual upgrade fee.
im not sure its possible....
That would depend on what you contract with your employer binds you to. An employment contract may be a negotiated document and it is therefore not possible to give you a general answer. However, IF your employment contract precludes you from starting another business then YES you would be in breach of contract if you did so.
This is only available to those who have a contract with a network supplier who you would need to contact to ask for an upgrade on your handset.
If the company is a scam then any contract signed by you in good faith can be immediately cancelled. No court would enforce such a contract.
I would like to upgrade to a smartphone.
