Assuming a beverage is safe in one hemisphere it will be safe to drink in the other as well.
I know of nowhere in the western world where that would be legal.
In the western world, excluding children i'd say 9/10. But in the eastern world i'd say maybe 1/10 or even 0/10 in the stricter parts!
The natural resources in Eastern Woodlands were rivers for water to drink and to farm and Birch the trees for making canoes, houses, and other objects.
If you were to drink it, you would drink it as any other beverage. You would fill a cup with the beverage of your choice and drink it.
I think it is because everyone was so ashamed of him when he did horrible things. He did bad things because the god of dark gave him a drink that made him angry.
