I have personally done this before, i got my right lip piercing re-pierced in the exact same spot and no it doesn't hurt, it feels the same as getting your first lip piercing.
up to you i would say lip though
Obviously, yes. An industrial would be going through two (not one, but TWO) pieces of cartridge, with just one piece of jewelry. The lip is just a soft tissue piercing. The pain always depends on each person, but nearly anyone will tell you that a cartridge piercing (especially going through twice with the industrial) will hurt far more than a lip piercing.
A lip piercing hurts more than a belly button piercing, but neither hurt much at all. Getting your lip feels like you accidentally bit it haha and you can barely feel a belly button piercing.
Whichever you want. I would get the lip piercing first. Its a bit easier to care for and you can learn before you try to handle an eyebrow piercing. Eyebrow piercings are surface piercings so you have to be really careful with them so that they don't reject. As long as you're comfortable with the risks of both, I wold get the lip piercing.
Get a new ring, or if it's just that rings are uncomfortable for you, get a stud.
There is no piercing you will ever receive that will not hurt at least a little bit. That said, yes they do hurt and more so because they are on your upper lip. However, your desire for any piercing should override your fear of the pain.
Some people get lip piercing just for decoration or they may think its kool !
You would have a bubble on your three year old lip piercing if the piercing is damaged or infected. The piercing can become infected if the jewelry does not fit correctly.
Spider bite piercing are not likely to hurt much as compared to other lip piercing. It is suggested to visit an experienced piercer to make the process smoother and easier for you.
Yes any piercing is going to hurt.
