I would assume vampires do the same thing on Halloween that they do any other day. Or they do as everyone else does, and celebrate the season.
It is not a tradition there. In Bulgaria there would be traditions that would not be celebrated in many other countries. Halloween is only celebrated in some countries. Most countries do not celebrate it.
