No, you need the program installed in order to use it.
If you do not have PowerPoint, I would say that your computer did not come with the full office suite, if you do not want to buy it, openoffice is a great alternative, and its free.
Occasionally, perhaps, but PowerPoint would serve no useful purpose in a medical office.
No you have to buy them seprately
If you want to buy PowerPoint on Mac, you must first buy an Office 2019 product. Then after installing Office 2019 you will get Mac PowerPoint. You can buy Office 2019 from: Microsoftprokey

There are usually college courses offered for Microsoft Powerpoint. You would have to know how to use a computer in order to participate in such a course.
We aren't removing anything from your computer. Such a question would be better addressed to your IT department/system administrator. No, it does not have Excel or Powerpoint. They are only in Office suites. Works does have a spreadsheet application, similar to Excel, though not as powerful. It would still do most of what a standard user would want to do. Works does not have a presentations package.
Unfortunately, you have to buy the full Microsoft Office pack, which normally retails from around £99.99 for Home and Student to £449.99 for Professional. Personally I would recommend Home and Student, but if you are on a limited budget OpenOffice is just as good (openoffice.org).
