If there is water on mars, there might be life on mars, and if there is life on mars, that means that humans could survive there as well. Even if there isn't life on Mars, the water would mean that people would be able to go there and maybe even live there without having to rely on bringing water in space ships.
Where ever you go you would still be 15
You would need a rocket ship in order to travel to Mars. You would also need a space suit and an oxygen tank.
With our technology today we probably wouldn't be able to but in the future with NEW technology we might be able to! And all we know about Mars is that it is rocky and there is a frozen river and not to pleasant to live on. So I hope I helped!
People can land on Mars. Technically we are almost able to do so. The largest obstacle is economics at the moment. We may or may not go sometime.
