In my opinion highlights don't look good on black hair. Except for red; red goes well with black. Improved well the other person is right. Red highlights do look good with black hair because i have dark dark brown hair but i still think that light brown highlights would look awesome on black hair! or blond u choose! maybe even blue! :P
