I personally want to see Sasuke die and Naruto live happily ever after, but I don't think it is going to go down that way. Their lives are mimicry of Madara Uchiha and 1st Hokage, and also Orochimaru and Jiraya both times it is the 1st and Jiraya who die before the "bad" one.
Plus Naruto is all about the self sacrifice even though he is now "rethinking" what he is going to do about Sasuke after a visit from the other Konoha shinobi including Sakura and also a visit from Gaara. Whatever the outcome is from his rethinking will define what happens so id say keep reading the manga and see between the lines.
Tbh I just want to see Naruto get with Hinata before he sacrifices himself for Sasuke lol
