∙ 15y agoDepending on the individual. Steroids have generally shown to reduce the sperm count and quality of most males. Some studies show some anabolic steroids to reduce the chances of pregnancy more than the Birth Control pill. I am not sure about other drugs. However, I would not be suprised if the majority of drugs affect the sperm count to some degree.
