It depends on the type of question. Obviously, if a single word answer is required, teachers would not know where you received the answer. Or if the answers are for standardized tests, they would not know there you got them either.
Now if the question calls for sentence or essay answers, they could discover that you got them from this site. A number of teachers have good memory and remember where they saw things before. Besides that, there are plagiarism tools which can find the sources of things that were copied online.
