Any natural born US Citizen over the age of 35 can be president, including Jews, Muslims, and Atheists.
There is no evidence or credible basis to suggest that Barack Obama wants to exterminate Muslims. This assertion is a false and baseless claim. As the 44th President of the United States, Obama emphasized tolerance, diversity, and the importance of respecting different faiths.
Obama is not Muslim at all secondly Muslims are not dictators third with the way Muslim's are treated how is that even remotely possible?

It doesn't matter whether the US president Obama is Muslim or not. Even Muslims don't care whether President Obama is Muslim or not. Any US president behaves according to the Country strategies, priorities, and interests not according to his faith or religion. You, and Muslims, should care that he is the president of the world superpower country. Accordingly, The care is, regardless Obama's faith or religion, what he can offer for the world peace and for resolving world conflicts, in particular the Israel - Palestine conflict and Israel occupation of Palestinian lands.

United StatesYes. Inherent to the rights we have in the United States is the freedom to practice one's own brand of religion on private property free from interference from the government or other citizens. Therefore, Muslims have the legal right to build a mosque on private property as long as the proper permits can be obtained. Whether the choice to build a mosque near the site of the World Trade Center is the right choice is another issue and that issue can certainly be debated.
Looting a ship, a shop or any other's property and killing innocent people is Haram (Unlawful) and punishable with death in Islam.
Most of us are Sunni, of course. Then there are Syrian Christians and Jews, as well. Not as many as Muslims, of course. The sect called the "Alawi" are a minority in Syria - but the president of Syria comes from that group. They are actually not Muslims by the clear definition of what Islam is. But then, I do not consider many of the Shiah to be really Muslims either. At least, not those who pray to other than the One God.
