There are many national chain auto services that offer transmission services. You can probably fine one of their stores in a town near you. To check their webiste, visit Jiffylube.com and Meineke.com.
There are many websites available for this. The one I found to be most useful is www.filmindustrymixer.com. They are very helpful and their support and service is great.
antifreeze is intended only for an engine, not for a transmission. there is coolant FOR a transmission, i would say that there would not be sufficient cooling for the transmission. it would probably overheat.
I would assume you will be buying a new transmission, only transmission fluid goes in the transmission.
There is no such thing as "transmission oil" there is only transmission fluid, but but over filling the reservoir could cause serious damage to your transmission..
HVAC services are in ample supply during this time of year. The service also depends on the area in which you live. This site provides the information that you are seeking.http://www.hvacservices.com/super-service.php
nothing
www.smithbarney.com/products_services/planning_services/ Is the company my family and I use for our retirement fund very helpful people. So far I have got the best service from them.
the speedometer wont work and quite likely the automatic transmission fluid or oil (manual trans) would leak out and the transmission would be ruined.
This would depend on whether you are looking for a used or new transmission. If you are looking for a new one, I would suggest contacting the vehicle manufacturer or a parts company such as AutoZone. If you are looking for a used transmission, websites such as Craigslist and Ebay can be very helpful. You can also call your local junkyards to see if they have the transmission you need.
hehehe... "dipstick"... teehee
i have had the same problem myself actually i found these couple websites and they all were helpful but i eventually picked one right for me see witch one is right for you here are the websites... www.naturalhandyman.com/qa/qagaragedooropener.html www.osmont.ca/Garage+Door/Craftsman+Garage+Door+Opener.html or even http://www.askthebuilder.com/B331_Garage_Door_Openers_Checklist_comments.shtml
I had a Chrysler transmission rebuild by Cottman for $400 but that was a few years ago. I would think that the price would have have gone up. I would say about 6 or 700 to rebuild one. Just service such as changing the fluid doesn't cost much.
