Vampire Knight has two seasons so when i finished Vampire Knight Guilty[Season 2] I found out they continued the show on manga instead. If you wanted to read the manga and continue from the last episode in season 2, I would go on Unixmanga.com and keep on goning from Chapter 49, but Chapter 48.5 is kinda of a funny flashback about Yuuki's past as little girl so you could deciede if you want to read that too!
