I am a black man with a swastika on my chest among other traditional style tattoos. I got one as a "f" you to all the wanna be nazi skinheads that took punk rock and made it a racist thing. It's also a shock value as goes with heavy tattoos. Some people get my message and alot of people are offended so i guess it served it's purpose. I plan on getting it covered only because i have young children and don't want to bring any negativity to them. PEACE.

It is unlikely that a black man in the 1960s would wear a swastika willingly, as the symbol is associated with the Nazi regime and white supremacy ideology. It is possible that the individual in the photo was coerced or manipulated into wearing the swastika, or that there may be a specific context or story behind the image that requires further investigation.
