i dont think its wrong, but if you know how i would say it in English. it just shows loyalty to the country.

Its more correct to say 'his job is teaching' Or better still would be 'He is a teacher' (you don't have to mention that its a job- that's pretty obvious)
That would be for you to decide - meaning if they say sorry and you believe them then that would be up to you if you are going to forgive them or not. It is hard to trust someone that has breached it and some that say sorry just to fix what they did wrong knowing it was wrong but only say sorry to get through it.
Some people would say no on the basis that they wouldn't, but there is nothing wrong with it.
Believers would say no and non-believers would probably say yes.
Most people would say "fifteen thousandths". It would not be wrong to say "Point (or decimal) zero one five".
