It's unlikely that we could - most of his DNA is gone or is too old to be used. And why would someone clone Hitler, even if the resources were available?

We do not have any means by which we can accelerate aging or development in order to make a clone that is the same age as the organism from which it was cloned, and I do not expect that any such technique will be developed, either. If you are cloned, your clones are going to be younger than you are.

It's mostly to do with ethics and laws. Imagine if you were to clone yourself. Would the clone have rights? Would it be a citizen? What if you killed it, or it killed you?
