Despite the fact that you could look it up that cesium is indeed more reactive than potassium, you could also take into account the periodic trends. One of these trends is that metals tend to be more reactive as you proceed down a group/family and as you move to the left of the table. Since both cesium and sodium are members of the alkali metals, cesium should be more reactive of the two.

Would you expect cesium element 55 to be more or less reactive than potassium?

Which one is the most reactive metal potassium lithium or sodium?

Cesium. Cesium is the bad boy of the alkali metals, a period that's just jam-packed with seriously nasty elements. Cesium is reactive enough that if you were to put some water into dry ice, and wait till the ice got that cold itself before putting some cesium on it, the cesium would still react with it! Here's a remembrance: the higher an alkali metal's atomic number, the more reactive it is.

Which two alkali metals would be most reactive chemically?

Francium and cesium, the two with the highest atomic numbers.

What is the second most reactive metal?

The 2nd most reactive is Cesium after Francium. If you disregard Francium because it is radioactive, then it would be Rubidium after Cesium.

What is the most reactive groups of metals in the periodic table?

the alkali metals are the most reactive... either cesium or francium would be the most reactive out of this group.

Are the elements in period 1 reactive?

They all react, but Cesium would be the most reactive, since francium is radioactive we don't consider francium the most reactive.

Which element would you expect to be located in group 1 of the periodic table?

Hydrogen, lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium and francium are the elements located in group 1 of the periodic table.

In what family would you classify cesium?

Cesium is a reactive soft metal that has a "valency" of 1 and forms ionic compounds. It is in group 1, the alkali metals
