No. Not unless you shaved yourself bald. Seriously. Once a chemical is locked into the keratin in your hair, it's there forever. Or at least until it's cut off. If a hair on your body can be found, that was growing there when you smoked marijuana, the hair drug test can detect marijuana use from it.
