The best I could come up with finding a free crochet Christmas stocking pattern which looks like a sneaker is the one I have attached as a link to this question.
It isn't the whole stocking, but is an instruction for making a crocheted sneaker. I would suggest that it wouldn't be all that hard to add a "sock" to the sneaker to make it long enough to be a stocking.
