It depend on the severity of the abuse these bastards dish out. First, before anyone can work for a narc, you must establish clear cut and firm personal boundrys. The problem is you will likely be fired for setting boundries with a narc. So the question of working for a narcissists is not will you work for them as much as will they respect your boundries and I am afraid the answer probably not. In my work history, I have encountered narcy. By the time I got through with them, well you can guess. Of course I was a bad guy when I whipped the bully.
