The Manhattan Project IS the codename. So no, there is not.
It will be replaced. The file that is being replaced gets deleted/overwritten with the one that is being copied over it. This is only possible if the two files have the exact same file-name and extension, provided the file being replaced isn't write-protected. Size and date are not relevant.
