Depending on your location or local planned parenthood would have classes or know where to go to get them. Local hospitals also sometimes offer free training classes in various situations.
Yes, there are many free online classes that deal with Linux. Also, if you want an even better option and do not mind spending a little bit of money, community colleges have classes that focus just on Linux.
I dont know of any free online writing classes as such, but there's plenty of websites that will share help and tips about how to write online.

I do not think there are any free classes. It might be possible to contact your employer and let them know your trying to broaden your horizons and they would possibly be willing to help financially because most employers would like to see their employees succeeding and growing within the company.
You will be able to find free CPR classes; contact your local American Red Cross, American Heart Association, Fire Department, and Ambulance Services. Free classes are sponsored by one of these agencies. It will be more difficult to find free first aid classes; again contact the above agencies to see if any free offerings are available. Not sure of free, been looking for that myself. I do know that the (ARC) American Red Cross, does have a class for CPR infant, child and adult with a $49.00 fee. Try red cross maybe. Call social services as they should know of classes.
Not free but if you are taking the time to attend classes you should take the Early Childhood ones from your local community college. They are the cheapest and you can use the classes later to get a job at a preschool. You just need 12 units

I would use electronic media to run a query and see if any sites offer free CDL classes. I also might contact local trucking companies that adverrtise they are hirind and see if they know of any free CDL sites. Based on this I wuld evaluate the results I have and see which sites have a favorable, reputation, ratind, and and feedback to select my site.
