Yes her and her sisters died at the end of Reveng of The Fallen.

Yes and no, acording to the Hasbro character profiles Arcee is atill alive as a single componant it could be the pink one (the one named Arcee) because the bio has all her details and pictures or it could be Chromia because she was the only one not injued in operation firestorm ( the battle next the the pyramids).

However in the prequal comics to Dark of the Moon, Rising Storm 1,2,3,4, they are all living, the box even saying that "the wounds have agrivated the wounds of the battle in Egypt one year before". but Elita1 did die in Rising Storm 4 by Shockwave crushing her. but Arcee and Chromia are still alive at the end.

No the Pink Arcee (Arcee) and Purple Arcee (Elita-One) are only severely injured.

Note: Although they are both shot, Elita One is said to be shot in the head but how could she scream after she is shot, and right after Arcee is shot, she is seen leaning and getting up on her left side (can only be seen in original DVD). And remember Michael Bay creates a fan-based misinformation campaign right.
