Check the Recycle Bin they go there first before they are deleted permanently. If it is there then you can restore it.
I suppose you should be using MS Outlook. If you accidentally emptied Deleted Items folder, there are actually methods to undelete them. One way is to edit Windows Registry, another way is to use a software. See resources for more. Regards.
If you did not save/finish/publish the Windows Movie Maker project before closing the program, the videos are irretrievable. If you have a 'Saved" project, the video should be in your Collections folder - unless you moved/changed/deleted the original source files on your computer.
