At first just drop a couple of hints at the store like 'mom can i get a lipstick?' and if you have make up wear it around the house or even gradully start wearing a little to school. if you want to do that but you dont have any make up mabey borrow a little from your mom or if you have older sisters. but dont say 'mom can i wear make up' tthat will make you sound REALY REALY eger. so drop hints or just start wearing make up. And YES i do wear make up and it worked for me(plus i am younger than you)
