YES! This is not a healthy weight to be at 13 years old. The healthy weight range for a 13 year old (girl) is 110-125 lbs, (boy) 115-135 lbs... you seriously need to get moving. Try eating 5 fruits and veggies per day, and CUT OUT CARBS AND SUGAR. Lay off the bread, pasta, butter, corn, potatoes, and mostly anything that contains starch. Drink water, water, AND MORE WATER. Exercise daily, maybe get into some sports. Do all of these things, and you will be on track for a healthy lifestyle!
