You are 2 weeks late noticed some blood it comes and goes for 2 days now but its light and you have all the symptoms you took a test 2 days ago and it was negative could you be pregnant?

There is such a thing as "False" negative as well as "False" positive with pregnancy tests. Your best bet is go see a doctor to be sure. If you cannot afford a doctor, contact a local womens health clinic. Some will charge a minimal fee for a test and some are free.
