of course you could be pregnant the same thing happened to me...pregnancy test said negitive but a couple of wks after that i started to feel different...that when i went to the doctor and he took a pregnancy test...and it came up postive....btw gd luck
Your hcp level might not of been hight enough when u took the first one if no period take another test.
