it depends on if you have a small medium or large frame. don't calorie count its a waste of time just eat small meals throughout the day. and workout 4-6 times a weekout whether its running or other cardio and you'll lose the weight if ur determined and no cheating!

That would depend on what it is you want to do. Maintain your weight? lose weight? 160 pounds is overweight at 5'3 for a woman, and for a man as well, so..I'm going with a 1200 calorie diet because this person needs to drop some pounds.
