well, id use either piczo or webs.com to start with. piczo lets you place pictures and stuff all over the page, and well you design it, but i guess you have to be 13 to use it, now webs, when you sign up, just select my age is private and you should be able to make a website wih ease. there are alot of site builders out there such as weebly. weebly is a simple click and drag website builder and the last thing i would reccomend. all, webs.com, piczo.com, answeebly.com give you a subdomain(yoursite.webs(or piczo/weebly).com) so just go to dot.tk to fix that, it is a redirection site and will fix the subdomain problem.
