It is the law that a minor can't sign a contractural agreement so you probably need to get your parents involved and make a gentleman's agrrement with them that after you are able to sign on your own that they will back off from the business. But, they are your parents and if they help you out now the right thing to do would be to help them out when you are able.
because there parents didnt want them to be in show business
You need to be 18 years old to enter a legal contract or with your parents signature and help
Get them to sign a contract.
I don't think so because i thi9nk you have to be at least 15 to get a job.
credit or parents sign contract
It's nobody's business except for the child and the parents'.
i bought mine but i think my parents will ratter buy a ipod because it doesn't require a monthly payment nor a contract
she would either have to call the phone company and give them the account number and request it to be unblocked or if they allow restricted numbers you can call with a restricted number. Just dial *69 before you dial her number.
If a minor signs a contract under the legal age of majority (usually 18), the contract is typically not enforceable. In most cases, the parents would not be responsible for the contract unless they co-signed or guaranteed it. The minor may have the option to void the contract.
I am not an attorney however it is my opinion that your primary recourse would be against your parents. You would argue that they were unjustly enriched and that an implied contract existed for the purchase of the vehicle.
yeah some do, but others make your parents sign a kind of contract saying that if you cant pay it then they will. (:
If your parents own the business most states will allow you to work there.
