I just went through a similar situation and let me share my experience. I went to the doctor on 2/14/08 and he said I was 5 weeks pregnant. He took my blood and called me back the following week. He said my HCG level was 118 when it should have been way higher. He asked me to take another blood test on 2/19 and said if everything was okay my levels would be over 500. Well.. I was freaking out for those couple of days before he called me back thinking I miscarried. My HCG levels came back at 1200 just 4 days later!! Well he said, that my conception date wasnt my true conception date. While my LMP indicated I conceived on 1/21, I conceived on 1/28/08. So my HCG levels were low because I was barely 4 weeks pregnant when I went in the first time.
My advice, get your blood drawn again but dont let yourself panic or freak out. Pray and try to stay calm until you can get your second results back..
This can mean that you are having a miscarriage. You should discuss this with your OB/Gyn to arrange for continued monitoring. As monitoring won't make any difference I wouldn't waste the money. Unfortunately at this stage nothing will make any difference, nature will take its course and you will either miscarry or continue with the pregnancy.
it means you most likely had a chemical pregnancy.
You cannot.
not likely to be pregnant

If you take the I Pill within 48 hours you can be absolutely safe and sure you will not get pregnant.
no. your hCG levels should be atleast 20 if you are pregnant. Yes you are if your beta hcg test is above 5 anything less than 5 is not . It doubles up every 48-72 hours when your pregnant to keep the pregnancy going . .

Yes. Alcohol enters the blood stream within 40 seconds to a couple of minutes after being drunk. Two hours can see quite a reduction in levels as long as you haven't had anything to drink within those two hours.
Providing you take the pill within 4-6 hours you will be protected against pregnancy.
She hasn't been pregnant for 3 months - gestation is 64 days. (She will also come into oestrus within a few hours of giving birth)
Yes. Plan B does not guarantee that you are not/will not get pregnant. First of all, Plan B only works if taken within 72 hours of the first time you had unprotected sex (and the sooner, the better). So if you took Plan B five days after you had unprotected sex, it will not work. Also, as mentioned before, Plan B does not guarantee that you will not become pregnant (even if taken correctly). Plan B works better the sooner you use it. If it is taken as directed within 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected sex, it can significantly decrease the chance that you will become pregnant. About 7 out of every 8 women who would have gotten pregnant will not become pregnant. Plan B works even better if taken within the first 24 hours after unprotected sex.
