1. Drink plenty of fluids, eg. Ginger Ale, water or milk (especially after every time you vomit). 2. Rest (you do not have to spend all your time resting but you should get as much rest as you can and you should take it easy, eg. avoid heavy exercise). 3. If symptoms do not seem to disappear, call a doctor immediately or arrange to see your GP ASAP (eg. after a full week). DO NOTinduce vomiting (make yourself sick) under any circumstances. This is very important.
