First talk to your Oxygen Company and ask to fill out paperwork for hardship. Most will privide you oxygen at a much lower cost.
Second, if they want to pick up your oxygen they are in a stickey situation... once provided it is a health issue. To take it away is a legal nightmare should something happen. So let them know that you do need it, and do not sign any paper that says you want to give it back. It would scare them to hear you say that if your health fails due to them picking up the oxygen that your family has been instructed to go directly to a local lawyer.
