I would be really surprised if you were cited onlyfor the speeding, as you're very much eligible for reckless driving charges on top of it.
I was cited for speeding in Virginia. I live in Ohio. Will the points be reflected on my ohio driving record?
Yes it will, Hawaii does not have a points system but whenever your driving record is pulled for it will show you were cited for speeding in Hawaii.
it all depends. you could get a ticket, or get a warning. but getting cited for speeding is exagerating. Unless, you go over the speed limit in a heavily transited area for pedestrians or in a school zone. Maybe the cop wont be so nice.
Getting cited for reckless driving will result in four points on your license
The term "mover" usually means a moving traffic violation, such as speeding, careless driving, failure to yield right-of-way, etc. When an officer usually uses that term, they are saying they cited someone for a moving violation.
Yes.
Absolutely - you were cited also for speeding ... that charge will stick. Whether or not you were wearing a seatbelt will be decided by the traffic court judge.
4 points
You didn't say which meaning you wanted to use. If you mean cited as in quoted a source for a report, you could say "I cited the magazine article." If you mean cited as in to summon before a court, you might say "He was cited for drunk driving. If you mean cited as in recognized for superior military service, you could say "The soldier was cited for bravery."

depends on area.
