look for play in the swivels and wheel bearings and at the busses - steering damper shot

i would start by having tires checked and then balanced and wheels checked for trueness, if that doesn cure issue could be the alignment, a bad wheel bearing or worn suspension components
Try having your front suspension aligned. Check your ignition system for misfiring as well.

Usually it's caused by an out of balance tire/wheel. If that's not it, you could have a defective tire or bent component.
Check for a loose inner or outer tie rod.
Warped rotors is the most likely cause. Seek professional help.
