1) You should go to the doctor.
2) In the meantime, you can soak your toe in Epsom salts. If it's bad enough you can put a TINY amount of cotton under the nail to try to pull it out of the bed. Wear shoes with a wider toe box to help relieve pressure. Be sure if you're exercising your nails are not too long. Pressure on the nail increases the likelihood of an ingrown toenail.
